American Express- US financial company. Well-known products of the company are credit cards, payment cards and traveler\’s cheki.Byla founded in 1850 in New York, the United States, initially acted as a delivery service of goods. In 1891, the company has invented and produced the first American Express travelers checks. The first credit card was issued October 1, 1958, and it became the owner of Elvis Presley. In 1959, the company began to offer its customers a plastic card (previously used cardboard). AmEx one of the first to set up a payment system based on plastic cards, which is considered the third largest in the world after Visa and MasterCard. The most widely used system has been in the United States and Canada.
